About BeepBackup
BeepProduct is a product created by a small bootstrapped Dutch company.
Born from Necessity
The product was born through the need of having proper secure backups, and having them monitored properly. You must know when they're failing. Regularly scheduling (and testing) backups is key.
You've probably experienced "the missing" or "broken" backups phenomenon at least once. BeepBackup is here to help. I sincerely hope you were looking for a proper backup solution... before finding out the hard way you need them.
Bootstrapped and European
There is no big corporation or investment fund behind BeepBackup. This allows us to build exactly what we think is important. We listen to customers, and aim to make BeepBackup easy for all technical people to use. Feedback? Get in touch! All our data and servers are hosted in Europe.

Transparency
No hidden costs, no vendor lock-in. You own your backups, your encryption keys, and your S3 storage.
Deleting your account? You get to keep backups you've created while with us.
Reliability
Backups should "just work". However, when backups fail, you need to know.
You should be able to opt-in to notifications when backups fail. You need to find out before the inevitable data loss happens.
Simplicity
Backup configuration shouldn't require a PhD in systems administration. Set up your backups in minutes, not hours, with sensible defaults.
Use a simple interface instead of digging through hours of documentation for CLI tools.
Company and Team
Roorda ICT is a sole trader company from the Netherlands, owned by Jelle Roorda. The company was established in 2018. Over the years Jelle has worked on many different projects, for both small startups and companies doing multi-millions of revenue every year.
